郭兆龙 Kenneth Kwok
艺理会艺术与青年司司长 Director (Arts & Youth, Strategic Planning), National Arts Council
Kenneth is the Director of Arts & Youth at the National Arts Council. He was previously a classroom teacher, secondary school vice-principal and Assistant Director, Curriculum Policy and Pedagogy at the Ministry of Education. Kenneth has an M.Ed in Arts in Education and has served as an adjunct lecturer in Educational Drama at the National Institute of Education. He received the national Outstanding Youth in Education Award from the MOE and National Youth Council in 2002 for his efforts in youth development through the arts, and has worked on community arts programmes with various groups over the years.
杨君伟 Danny Yeo
剧场工作者：导演、演员、写作、导师 Arts Practitioner
A veteran cross-media practitioner, Danny is a multi-hyphenate with two decades of rich experience in various fields – radio, television, print, film – and also implants himself passionately in theatre directing, acting and creating.
Since 1994, he has played leading roles in more than 20 plays, facilitated forum theatre productions, community outreach programmes and training workshops under the mentorship of Kok Heng Leun at Drama Box. He has also performed with Theatre Practice and The Necessary Stage. Danny started writing and directing in 2004, works include angel-ism (W!LD Rice’s Singapore Theatre Festival 2008) and site-specific ignorLAND series (2007-09).
He received a Best Director nomination in Life! Theatre Awards 2010 for Bondage. At Singapore Repertory Theatre, Danny has been involved in all of The Little Company’s Mandarin children musical theatre productions since 2013 as a pioneering effort to reach out to younger audience.
蔡勤 Cai Qin
新意元资深导师Senior Teacher, Creative O Preschoolers’ Bay
Cai Qin holds a Masters in Chinese Language and Linguistics from Nanjing University, and is a graduate of Shanghai Early Childhood Education Institute, and Shanghai Xuhui Education Institute. She has more than 26 years of early childhood education experience with 16 years as an educator at Creative O Preschoolers’ Bay.
Since 2010, she is the overseas internship supervising tutor at National Taipei University of Nursing and Health Sciences, Taichung Hungkuang University, Kaohsiung Shu-Te University and Taiwan Yu Da University Science and Technology.
In 2014, she was invited by the SEED Institute to conduct a workshop for early childhood moral education. She was also part of the organising team of SPH’s annual Thumbs Up Little Junior 《小小拇指》 2015 and 2016 family camp. Cai Qin is currently an internship supervisor and visiting lecturer at the SEED Institute.
